The on target earning potential for this role is 33,305 / per annum based on a 39 hour contract - comprising a base salary of 25,005, plus a qualified estimate of 8,300 in gratuities and service charge.As a member of the Gleneagles team, you will also enjoy a fantastic range of perks, benefits and rewards

Here's a bit more detail on what we see you doing in this role:

You'll be delivering a warm and memorable dining experience for all our guests within our new The Birnam restaurant Serving food and beverage to our guests will be your main daily focus, across both Lunch and Dinner service You'll take pride in all tasks you complete, being an essential member of the Food Beverage service team always ensuring we're setup for success Attending to any guest queries and enquiries in a caring and helpful manner, and with a commitment to deal with any concern in a positive way You'll maintain the highest standards of service, room preparation and presentation throughout the restaurant Playing a significant part in making sure both the lunch and dinner operation runs without a hitch You'll be proficiently up selling and encouraging other team members to do the same at every opportunity Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us luxurious in every way

You have previous waiter and customer service experience, and are looking to further develop your expertise within an elevated grill style restaurant Having had experience within a luxtury hospitality environment would be ideal, however having a great attitude is essential Your perspective and approach are always fresh; no matter how many times an issue has been presented to you, to your guest it's the first time A keen eye for detail, an organised approach and willingness to exceed guest expectation You want to be the best and work with the best; learning from the experts in our team and sharing your knowledge with us You have a high level of resilience and the ability to deal with fast-paced environments is essential Highly motivated and possessing an immense sense of pride in your work; you're passionate about delivering the high standards for our guests in line with the Gleneagles brand You have a positive "can do" attitude to solving problems in a professional and courteous manner A strong team player with great communication skills and an enthusiastic approach; you're well organised and punctual with an eagle eye for detail You want to be part of a team that works hard, supports each other and above all has fun along the way

About gratuities service charge:

Gratuities (tips) and service charge (an additional charge added to our room rates and services across the estate that is passed directly to our employees) are paid on a pro-rata basis regardless of your role It is estimated that in 2025, our full-time employees can expect to receive around 8,300 in addition to their annual salary
