Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and a passion for delivering outstanding guest services. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all guests have a memorable experience.

Duties

Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, providing menus and information about daily specials. Take accurate food and drink orders, relaying them to the kitchen staff promptly. Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring timely delivery and presentation. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety standards and regulations. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and utensils. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours. Process payments accurately and efficiently at the end of each meal service.

Skills

Strong hospitality skills with a focus on guest services and satisfaction. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary practices is advantageous. Basic maths skills for handling transactions and processing payments. Familiarity with food safety standards to ensure compliance in the kitchen environment. Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy shifts. A positive attitude with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced restaurant setting.

Pay: 11.50-15.00 per hour
