We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Servers to join our dynamic hospitality team. Duties
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive table service throughout their visit
Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests are noted and communicated effectively to the kitchen team
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and maximise sales opportunities
Ensure all health and safety regulations, including food safety standards, are strictly adhered to during service
Assist with setting up tables, clearing dishes, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during busy periods
Handle guest queries professionally, resolving any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
Qualifications
Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
Knowledge of food safety standards and basic food preparation techniques is desirable
Strong organisational skills with excellent time management abilities
Good communication skills and a friendly demeanour to provide exceptional guest services
Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy service hours
Basic maths skills for handling bills and payments accurately
Experience with upselling menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales potential
Kitchen or culinary experience is a plus but not mandatory
