As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Take accurate food and drink orders while providing recommendations and upselling menu items. Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets our standards. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the highest quality of service. Process payments accurately and efficiently while handling cash or card transactions.

Skills

Strong hospitality skills with a genuine desire to provide excellent guest services. Previous restaurant experience preferred, with knowledge of serving techniques. Understanding of food safety practices and basic food preparation methods. Basic math skills for handling transactions and calculating bills. Kitchen experience or culinary background is advantageous but not essential. Exceptional time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently.
