We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Waiter or Waitress to join our dynamic team. As a F&B Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have the best customer service, from taking orders to delivering food and beverages with a friendly smile.

Duties

Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner. Take accurate food and drink orders using the restaurant's point-of-sale system. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Provide knowledgeable recommendations to guests, including upselling menu items. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our guests. Learn to work in different areas and outlets.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred. Strong understanding of food safety practices and procedures. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively during busy periods. Exceptional guest service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour. Experience in culinary or kitchen roles is advantageous but not essential. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Bonus

We pay up to 2.060,40 per year topping up your salary with travel compensation. (85.85 initially and after 6 months 171.70)
