We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our vibrant team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding hospitality, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and valued. Your ability to manage time effectively, along with your knowledge of food safety and preparation, will contribute to the smooth operation of our restaurant.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere. Take accurate food and drink orders, providing recommendations and upselling where appropriate. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, maintaining high standards of presentation. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the dining area. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and timely delivery of orders. Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for complete guest satisfaction. Process payments accurately and efficiently at the end of each meal service. Assist in the preparation of food items as needed, contributing to kitchen operations when required.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is highly desirable. Strong understanding of food safety practices and culinary techniques. Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting. Basic mathematical skills for handling transactions and processing payments. Exceptional guest service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour. Experience in serving or kitchen roles is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided.
