As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding hospitality, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and valued. Your responsibilities will encompass taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organised dining environment.

Duties

Greet guests warmly and provide them with menus Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring presentation meets our standards Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales Ensure compliance with food safety regulations during service and food preparation Assist in the preparation of food items as needed Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and utensils Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, providing excellent guest services Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow Manage time effectively to accommodate busy periods while maintaining quality service

Qualifications

Previous experience in an Indian restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred Strong knowledge of food safety practices and culinary experience is advantageous Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively during peak hours Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude Strong communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively A passion for providing exceptional guest experiences through attentive service

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.21-13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 36 per week
