As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring all special requests are noted. Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation. Provide information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to assist guests in making informed choices. Upsell additional items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the dining area. Assist with food preparation as needed, supporting kitchen staff during busy periods. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service operations.

Qualifications

Previous restaurant experience is preferred, with a strong understanding of hospitality principles. Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques is advantageous. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously. Strong communication skills with a focus on guest services and building rapport with customers. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience in upselling techniques is a plus, helping to enhance the overall guest experience. Pay: 15.00-18.50 per hour
