PERMANENT POSITION WORKING EVERY THURSDAY, FRIDAY, SATURDAY & SUNDAY

MUST HAVE BARISTA EXPERIENCE
As a Waiter / Waitress you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that customers receive prompt and friendly service while enjoying their meals. You will work closely with the kitchen staff and management to maintain a smooth operation, ensuring that all food safety standards are adhered to. This position requires a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing outstanding guest services.

Every Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday with flexability to cover additional days when required

Duties

Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, providing menus and information about daily specials. Take accurate food and drink orders using the restaurant's point-of-sale system. Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring that all orders are correct and meet quality standards. Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety guidelines at all times. Maintain cleanliness of tables, utensils, and dining areas throughout service. Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and communicate any special requests or dietary restrictions.

Skills

Be Barista trained Excellent guest services skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere. Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods. Previous experience in a cafe setting is advantageous Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately. A genuine passion for hospitality and helping others enjoy their dining experience. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Pay dependant on age up to 12.21 per hour plus tips
