As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our patrons have an enjoyable dining experience, from taking orders to serving food and beverages.

Duties

Greet guests warmly and provide them with menus Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen staff Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets our standards Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables and service stations Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines during food preparation and serving Assist in kitchen duties as needed, including basic food preparation tasks Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service

Skills

Strong hospitality skills with a focus on guest satisfaction Previous restaurant experience preferred, with an understanding of serving etiquette Knowledge of food safety practices is essential Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately Kitchen or culinary experience is advantageous but not mandatory Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently Ability to upsell menu items effectively while maintaining a friendly rapport with guests
