Overview

We are looking for friendly and efficient Waiting Staff to join our team and provide outstanding service to our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a positive dining experience.

Key responsibilities

:

Greet and seat guests, presenting menus and explaining daily specials. Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to kitchen staff. Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring high-quality presentation. Attend to guests' needs, providing exceptional service throughout their dining experience. Prepare tables, manage cleaning and reset for incoming guests. Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.

Requirements

:

Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests and team members. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. Knowledge of basic food and beverage service principles, including wine pairing and menu details. Attention to detail and the ability to handle difficult situations with patience and diplomacy. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on the restaurant's schedule.
