As a Waiter / Waitress you will be making sure every guest has a great experience from the moment they arrive in the Restaurant to when they leave. You will work as part of the overall team to make sure we give all our guests a warm welcome through to a fond farewell, always striving to be the best we can be.

Bem Brasil is a traditional Brazilian rodizio, with a focus on high quality food and exceptional standards of service. We are currently recruiting for a full time/Part time team member at Bem Brasil in Deansgate.

The ideal candidate will have over 2-year experience in restaurants and have a passion for the hospitality industry.

Main duties include:

Welcomes customers when they arrive at a restaurant Introduces customers to the menu Answers questions about menu items, ingredients, and pricing Takes customers' orders for food and drink Passes customer orders along to kitchen staff for preparation Prepares drinks and serves them to customers Collects food orders from the kitchen, verifies that they are correct, and serves them to customers Ensures that customers are satisfied with their meals and processes orders for additional courses if necessary Removes used dishes, glasses, plates and cutlery from tables Prepares cheques and delivers them to customers Processes cash and credit card payments and returns change to customers if necessary Sets tables with dishes, glasses, plates and cutlery.
