What we're looking for...........

You have a natural skill for customer service and a passion for food and drink. Previous experience in hospitality as a waitress/waiter, bartender would be helpful but not essential, as we offer full training.
The main attributes we are looking for are a hands-on approach with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and work in a team. As a member of our team, you'll bring your life experience to help keep a busy shift calm and help bring the best possible service to our customers.

About us...

We are an independent, family run Hotel, Bar and Restaurant. We have 2 restaurants and a bar area alongside 3 function rooms and so can be very busy with the popularity of the venue increasing constantly. We have a happy group of longstanding team members showing The Crooklands as a very positive workplace. Any new members would be welcomed into our team.

Responsibilities

Greet and serve customers with a friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive dining experience. Take and process orders accurately while providing menu recommendations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and bar areas, adhering to food safety standards. Assist in food preparation and ensure timely service of meals and beverages. Manage guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff and fellow team members to ensure smooth operations.

Pay: 10.00-12.50 per hour
