The Tower is seeking a friendly and welcoming Front of House Team Member to join our team. As a Front of House Team Member, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing an exceptional experience and ensuring that our venue runs smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that all customers have a positive experience
Manage reservations, seating, and payments efficiently
Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors
Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service
Assist with food and beverage service, including serving and clearing tables
Handle customer complaints and feedback in a professional and courteous manner
Perform other tasks as required by management
Requirements:
No previous experience necessary, training will be provided
Availability to work part-time, 20 hours per week, including evenings and weekends
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
Physical stamina to stand for long periods and move quickly
Desired Qualifications:
Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is desirable but not essential
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is an advantage
Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations
