Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our vibrant team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing outstanding hospitality and service. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all guests feel welcomed and valued in our establishment.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring attention to detail. Serve food and beverages promptly, adhering to food safety standards. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience for guests. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring satisfaction. Process payments accurately using basic math skills. Assist in training new staff members as needed.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly desirable. Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations is essential. Experience in serving, food preparation, or kitchen roles will be advantageous. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and tasks. Excellent guest service skills, with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere. A passion for culinary experiences and knowledge of menu items is beneficial.
