Exciting opportunity for experienced and confident waiter/waitress/bar tender to join our talented restaurant team.

The main responsibilities would include:

Taking orders, serving excellent quality food and a wide range of wines, cocktails and other drinks in our restaurant and bar Working with the team on shift to create a friendly, buzzing atmosphere our guests will enjoy The highest standards of cleanliness, safety, compliance with licensing law and cash handling procedures Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
Skills required:

Attention to detail with impeccable customer service skills A confident, approachable and professional manor The ability to multi task and possess extremely good time management skills Previous experience working in a similar role is desirable Good knowledge of food and wine
Due to the nature of the business the role would include daytime, evening and weekend work, including working over Christmas and New Year.
