Great Customer Service Basic Coffee Training - we can teach you the rest Outgoing, Positive Personality - Confidence is key Bar experience - minimum 6 months Front of House Experience
Training is provided on site, with busy hotel function rooms, a local bar & lounge not to mention our newly refurbished sun terrace there is always something new to learn and keep you busy.

Responsibilities

Greet and serve guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive dining experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area. Assist in food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards. Manage guest inquiries and provide exceptional customer service. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food. Utilize basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments.

Summary

As Front of House Staff / Bar Staff, you will be essential in delivering outstanding hospitality and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, your core skills in restaurant experience and food safety will ensure compliance with health standards while providing excellent service. You will utilize your premium skills in guest services and time management to enhance the dining experience. Additionally, your relevant abilities in food preparation and basic math will support efficient operations, making you a vital part of our team in a vibrant and fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract

Pay: 10.00-12.21 per hour
