Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their experience is enjoyable and memorable. You will play a vital role in maintaining the bar area, preparing beverages, and assisting with food service.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a timely manner. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Assist in food preparation and serving, working closely with the kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes. Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service, addressing any queries or concerns promptly. Upsell menu items and promote special offers to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales. Collaborate with fellow staff members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service. Manage time effectively to ensure efficient service during peak hours.

Requirements

Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is highly desirable. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing tabs. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Strong guest services skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere. Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract

Pay: Up to 12.21 per hour
