Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable. Take orders accurately while providing excellent guest service and upselling menu items to enhance guest experience. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar area, including proper food handling and adherence to food safety standards. Manage cash handling and cashiering duties with accuracy during busy hours. Engage with guests to foster positive guest relations, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally. Restock bar supplies as needed and assist with food preparation or bussing tables when necessary. Follow all sanitation, safety regulations, and alcohol service laws diligently. Support the team during peak hours, including nightclubs or fine dining settings, ensuring smooth operations from opening to closing shifts.

Qualifications

Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or nightlife environments is highly desirable; experience with fine dining or nightclub settings is a plus. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods. Basic math skills for cash handling and POS transactions accuracy. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures. Ability to work flexible hours including nights; previous host/host or serving experience is advantageous.
