Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista/Waitress to join our team. As a Barista/ Waitress, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while preparing high-quality beverages and food items. You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service and attention to detail. Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee shop, including workstations and dining areas. Assist with food preparation, ensuring adherence to food safety standards. Manage customer orders efficiently while providing friendly and helpful service. Engage with customers to provide recommendations and answer any questions regarding menu items. Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking supplies as needed. Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the workplace.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods. Basic maths skills for cash handling and order processing. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety practices is preferred. Excellent communication skills with a friendly disposition towards customers. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 12.21-13.00 per hour
