Duties

Serve beverages and food items to guests efficiently and courteously. Prepare drinks according to standard recipes while ensuring quality and presentation. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Assist in food preparation as required, adhering to food safety standards. Engage with guests, providing excellent customer service and addressing any queries or concerns. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and smooth operations during busy periods. Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of food and beverages.

Skills

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and procedures. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Ability to provide outstanding guest services with a friendly demeanour. Experience in serving and culinary roles is an advantage. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with guests and team members. Pay: 12.21-17.41 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 40 per week
