Duties:
- Provide excellent guest relations and customer service
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
- Take food and drink orders from customers
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the bar area
- Assist with food preparation as needed
- Ensure compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations
- Monitor guest alcohol consumption and prevent over-intoxication
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with guests
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of proper food handling and safety procedures
Note: Prior experience in the hospitality industry or as a bartender is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates the necessary skills and enthusiasm for the role.
