As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that each guest feels welcomed and valued, contributing to the overall success of our establishment.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere Take accurate food and beverage orders while providing detailed information about menu items Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner, ensuring presentation meets our standards Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales Maintain knowledge of food safety practices and ensure compliance with health regulations Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring all dishes are prepared to the highest quality Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for complete satisfaction Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods Keep work areas clean and organised, adhering to hygiene standards

Requirements

Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable, particularly in a serving role Strong hospitality skills with a focus on guest services Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices Time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively during peak service hours Culinary or kitchen experience is an advantage but not essential Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
