Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and assisting with food preparation. Responsibilities

Responsibilities of Waiting Staff Greet customers in a warm and friendly manner Guide customers through our menu, recommend and ensure any allergies are communicated promptly to the kitchen in the correct manner Serve Santa Maria food and check with guests during their meal to ensure everything is up to standard Be passionate whilst ensuring customers feel like they are family Ensure you have an extensive knowledge of drinks and food on the menu Wear the correct uniform and ensure that company hygiene, health & safety standards and licensing knowledge are always adhered to Attend food safety training, health safety training, COSHH training product knowledge and customer service skills courses

Charismatic and friendly personality Excellent communication and team working Flexible with tasks and working hours

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential. Strong guest services skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately. Knowledge of food safety practices is an advantage. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. A culinary background or interest in food preparation is beneficial but not required. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
