Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences by delivering outstanding service and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and assisting guests with any needs they may have during their dining experience.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take accurate food and drink orders while providing recommendations to enhance the dining experience. Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets our high standards. Monitor tables to ensure guests are satisfied with their meals and service, addressing any concerns promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and assist with setting up and clearing tables. Adhere to all food safety regulations and hygiene standards to ensure a safe dining environment. Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales.

Skills

Strong knowledge of food safety practices to maintain a hygienic work environment. Excellent upselling skills to promote menu items effectively. A background in culinary arts or restaurant service is advantageous. Exceptional guest services skills with a focus on hospitality and creating memorable experiences. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment while managing time effectively. Experience in kitchen operations or food preparation is beneficial but not essential.
