Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner, providing excellent customer service throughout their dining experience. Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring all requests are communicated effectively to the kitchen staff. Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining attention to detail and presentation. Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales. Assist with food preparation when necessary, adhering to food safety guidelines at all times. Manage time efficiently to ensure timely service during busy periods. Maintain cleanliness of tables, utensils, and dining areas to provide a pleasant atmosphere for guests. Handle guest inquiries or complaints professionally, ensuring satisfaction at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations between front-of-house and back-of-house teams.

Experience

The ideal candidate will possess:

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential; we welcome those eager to learn. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours. Basic maths skills for processing bills and handling payments accurately. A passion for guest services with the ability to create a welcoming environment for all patrons.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 12.21-14.50 per hour
