We are seeking a dedicated and passionate

Waiter/Waitress and

Kitchen Porter

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality pizzas, ensuring that all food safety standards are met, and will deliver excellent customer service. If you love Italian cuisine, and have a flair for creating delicious, high-quality pizzas and dishes, we'd love to hear from you!

Duties

Delivering a warm and memorable experience for all of our guests You'll be working independently, warmly greeting our guests, taking their food and drinks orders whilst always swiftly and professionally responding to their needs Working closely with your kitchen colleagues, ensuring hygiene throughout the kitchen is impeccable, including our cutlery, crockery and glassware Planning and preparing for the forthcoming service and next day, making sure everything is always ready for service Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations Assist the Pizza Chef in the pizza and meals preparation. Help maintain a clean and organised kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations at all times. Participate in the preparation of ingredients, including washing and chopping as required. Support the team during service by ensuring timely delivery of pizzas and meals and assisting with plating. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow and communication during busy periods. 5Assist in inventory management by helping to track stock levels and report any shortages or issues.

Experience

- Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment is preferred but not essential; a

willingness to learn is key.

- Basic knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques is advantageous.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude are essential for success in this role.

Driving licence will be a plus.
