We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide essential support to individuals in care homes or receiving home care services, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. Duties

Assist clients with daily activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility Support clients in adhering to personalised care plans tailored to their individual needs Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life Help with medication management under supervision and according to care plans Maintain accurate records of care provided and any changes in clients' conditions Support clients with light domestic tasks, including meal preparation and light cleaning Ensure a safe environment by adhering to health and safety protocols Drive clients to appointments or outings as required, ensuring their safety during transit

Requirements

Valid driving licence and ability to drive safely and confidently Experience working within a care home or providing home care is desirable Good organisational skills to follow detailed care plans effectively Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, for clear communication with clients and team members Basic IT skills for maintaining accurate records and documentation Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trusting relationships with clients Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to support vulnerable individuals

Pay: 14.00-20.00 per hour
