What You'll Do

As a

Waking Night Residential Support Worker

, you'll be the steady presence that ensures safety, calm, and emotional reassurance during the night hours. You'll:

Monitor the safety and wellbeing of each child throughout the night Offer emotional support with sensitivity and care when needed Complete regular checks, logs, and handovers with attention to detail Maintain a calm, trauma-informed environment Support smooth transitions into the morning routine
Your Shift Pattern

Week 1:

3 nights (approx. 37.5 hrs)

Week 2:

4 nights (approx. 50 hrs)
