What you'll do
Safeguard and supervise through the night, keep the environment calm and consistent
Support bedtime and morning routines (personal care where required)
Complete accurate logs, wellbeing observations, and incident reports
Follow care plans, risk assessments, and hand over clearly to day staff
Conduct regular house checks and respond to any night time needs
What you'll bring
1+ year experience in residential childcare or closely related settings (EBD/SEMH, CAMHS, SEN, youth work)
Child centred practice, excellent record keeping, and confident de-escalation skills
Working towards (or willing to work towards) Level 4 CYPF Practitioner
Full UK driving licence and ability to commute to Chipping
Legal right to work in the UK
