What you'll be doing:
Each night, you'll be the gentle presence that helps life tick along smoothly. From personal care with respect and dignity (washing, dressing, toileting), to movement support, to quiet companionshipyou'll play a vital role. You'll also lend a hand around the house, making things feel just right. This isn't just a job. It's connection, care, and community, wrapped into one meaningful role.

Our gentleman has been on a powerful journey since his injury in 2006, and he's ready for a new chapter of empowerment and joy. Mornings filled with family time and therapy set the tone for his dayand you'll be part of that bright beginning. He's got a sweet parrot named Ally and an adorable dog named Kilo, so if animals make you smile, you'll fit right in. He enjoys shared meals, good conversation, and learning new thingsso bring your best stories and a love for connection. He does ask kindly that his home stays smoke-free.
When you'll be working:
Waking night shifts that allow you to make a meaningful difference while supporting someone's independence (8pm-8am)
Choose regular nights or flexible, part-time hours to suit your lifestyle
We offer zero-hours contracts, and you tell us your availability monthlyperfect for balancing work with the rest of your life
