You First are looking for enthusiastic and flexible support workers to join a team in Street. You will be supporting a young adult with autism on a 2:1 basis, waking nights

This is achieved by creating small, bespoke, dedicated teams of people who are selected by the person supported and who work to enable the person to fulfil their goals, hopes, dreams and aspirations. We call these bespoke teams Micro-Teams.

YOU FIRST WILL:

Pay 35p per mile for EVERY mile you travel, including commuting miles

Offer permanent, full time, part time and casual contracts and you can choose what works best for you and your needs

Give you a full induction before commencing work, and this will include person-specific training and shadow support

Give you effective communication tools to reach out to your colleagues. Each team has a Slack (virtual message board) page where you can obtain feedback and support from fellow team members and managers

Be there in time of need. We operate a 24-hour on-call facility, so you always have access to support in emergencies

Support your future. We provide an occupational pension

Cover the cost. We meet the cost of your DBS check

Offer you full training and bi-monthly supervision

Give you your roster 4 weeks in advance, allowing you to plan your life! Your roster will be in the form of an App.

You will need to be a car driver and be available to work every other weekend.
