Ensure the physical environment is safe, clean, and prepared for the following day (e.g., light domestic duties, preparing common areas).

Maintain meticulous, detailed records in the daily log, incident book, and medication records, providing a comprehensive handover to the incoming day shift.
Ensure all medication administration is conducted and recorded accurately, adhering to policy.
