dedicated Waking Night Support Workers

to join our team and ensure the individuals we support feel secure, respected, and valued throughout the night.


A Night in the Life of a Support Worker:
Providing high-quality care and support during night hours. Ensuring individuals' physical, emotional, and wellbeing needs are met. Supporting positive bedtime and morning routines. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of activities, observations, and any incidents. Promoting independence and dignity while ensuring a safe, calm environment. Undertaking light domestic duties to maintain a clean and comfortable setting.
What You'll Need:
A

caring, compassionate, and resilient

attitude.

Previous care experience

is desirable but not essential - full training is provided. A

valid driving licence

is preferred due to the location.

Good communication skills

and the ability to work as part of a team. Reliability and flexibility to meet the needs of those we support.
