When the world is quiet, your presence can mean everything.
At Liberi Care in Tottenham, we're looking for Waking Nights Residential Support Workers who can offer stability, reassurance, and safety to young people aged 10-17 who may be experiencing trauma, anxiety, or emotional challenges.
Waking Night staff are the heartbeat of our homes through the night - providing calm, consistent care that helps young people feel secure and supported, setting them up for a brighter start each morning. Supportive Team Culture:
Join a values-led, collaborative team that prioritises reflective practice, professional growth, and emotional support.
Foundational Role:
Waking night teams provide the consistency that allows daytime work to thrive -- your contribution is essential, not secondary.
