to take the lead on an acute mental health ward within a well-respected independent hospital setting.

We're looking for:

A Registered

Nurse

with a valid NMC pin At least three years' experience at senior

nurse

level in mental health services Proven skills in leading teams and managing care safely and effectively Strong communication, mentoring, and service coordination abilities A collaborative mindset and a forward-thinking approach to care
