Ward Manager
Job Description
As a Ward Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the ward, ensuring exceptional patient care and effective management of nursing staff. Reporting to the Director of Nursing, your leadership will be pivotal in implementing care plans and fostering a collaborative environment. With core skills in management and supervising experience, along with premium expertise in team management and hospice care, you will enhance the quality of care provided. Your relevant knowledge in medication administration and dementia care will further support our commitment to compassionate and comprehensive patient services.

Pay: 47,300.00-50,000.00 per year
