Ward Receptionist - Supporting People with Learning Disabilities & Autism

Are you calm, organised, compassionate and passionate about supporting people with learning disabilities and/or autism?
Brooklands Hospital is home to several specialist secure wards supporting adults with learning disabilities and/or autism. We're looking for Ward Receptionists (officially titled Ward Clerks ) who are calm, friendly, and proactive - people who understand the importance of a warm welcome and can help keep our busy wards running smoothly.
This is more than an admin role - you'll be a key part of the team supporting individuals with complex needs, helping to create a positive and safe environment for both patients and staff.

What you'll do:
Greet visitors and professionals in a calm, respectful way
Handle ward admin and support daily operations
Help create a safe, supportive environment for patients with LD&A
Be a key team member in a busy, rewarding setting
Scanning and uploading important documents and data accurately and promptly
Helping to keep records accurate and up to date.
