Clarus Networks Group is seeking a Warehouse Administrator to support the smooth running of our warehouse operations. This is a hybrid role combining hands-on warehouse work with key administrative responsibilities. You'll help manage the flow of equipment through the warehouse, ensure kits are complete and ready for testing or redeployment, coordinate courier collections and deliveries, and keep our systems and stock records accurate and up to date.
The ideal person is organised, reliable, and takes pride in maintaining order and accuracy. Full product and system training (including Zoho and our Starlink hardware) will be provided.
Please note, this position requires the successful individual to be based in the Bathgate office 5 days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
Stock Handling & Warehouse Operations
Physically check and log incoming returns against expected documentation.
Identify missing, damaged, or incomplete items and ensure kits are rebuilt to full working condition.
Prepare returned equipment for NOC testing, ensuring they only need to assess dish functionality.
Maintain organised storage and ensure all stock areas are tidy and labelled correctly.
Support stock counts, audits, and reconciliations.
Administration & Coordination
Update Zoho and internal systems with all movements, returns, and testing outcomes.
Ensure customer stock registers are accurate and current.
Liaise with the NOC and Account Managers regarding shortages, damages, or replacements.
Arrange collections and deliveries through DPD and other couriers for NOC and project deployments.
Track and follow up on shipments to confirm delivery and closure.
Support the Warehouse Manager and Stock Coordinator with reports, admin, and stock control tasks.
Provide cover for the Warehouse and Stock Coordinator during periods of leave.
Testing Support & Quality Control
Ensure all kits are complete, fully tested, and sealed before being returned to stock.
Record testing results and communicate any issues or failures to the NOC or relevant team.
Maintain high standards of accuracy and consistency in all documentation.
General Support
Assist in goods-in/goods-out processes as needed.
Support project preparation and ad hoc warehouse tasks.
Promote and maintain health and safety standards across all warehouse activities.
Skills & Experience Required:
Experience in a warehouse, logistics, or stock control environment preferred.
Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail.
Good computer skills and confidence using Excel and/or Zoho (training provided).
Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
Comfortable handling light warehouse tasks as part of daily work.
Reliable, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Desirable Attributes:
Interest or background in technology or networking equipment.
Familiarity with returns (RMA) or asset tracking processes.
Forklift or manual handling certification (useful but not essential).
