We're looking for a Warehouse Administrator to support our Raw Materials, Supply and Finished Goods teams, to ensure smooth operations through coordination and data management.

What You'll Do:



Coordinate supplier deliveries

and logistics with precision.

Manage SAP systems

for order tracking, purchase orders, and inventory updates.

Analyse warehouse data

to identify trends, improve efficiency, and support decision-making.

Support supply chain operations

by communicating shortages and delivery statuses.

Maintain accurate reports

and documentation to support audits and stock counts.

Monitor equipment servicing

and raise purchase orders for repairs.

Assist transport teams

with customer delivery queries.

What You'll Bring:



Proficiency in Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data validation). Ability to interpret and present warehouse performance metrics. Strong administrative skills with experience in SAP or similar systems. A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse and maintain accurate records. Excellent communication and organisational skills. A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
