The warehouse team play a critical role in aiming to achieve this vision and our business objectives by holding and keeping track of stock, receiving and dispatching orders, and generally ensuring our customers receive top quality products safely and on time.



We are seeking a forward-thinking and highly motivated individual to join our warehouse team and contribute to our current success in the Fitness Industry. Our warehouse is a vital part of our supply chain, and it makes for fast-moving, busy and varied work and you will ideally have previous experience of working in a similar. We're one big team, and we are looking for helpful, outgoing people who can get along with and support others.

Responsibilities



Key responsibilities will include:

Working with the rest of the team to meet personal and team KPI's, ensuring we deliver on time and in full to our customers and maintain the high standards expected by our clients.

Queue operated picking system to create daily pick lists for picking, packing and despatch Manifesting daily despatches Assisting with regular audits of the warehouse in line with defined customer standard Assisting with verifying daily stock checks Actioning Status Changes in a timely manner Completing stock-related records as required Liaising with warehouse personnel with regards to stock movements and handling Checking and receipting of goods delivered and returns in line with procedures.

Essential Skills & Experience Required



Ideally you will be Computer literate in Microsoft Office packages. Have good written and spoken communication skills. Good housekeeping and well organised. A committed approach to work To enjoy working as part of a team in a fast-paced, busy environment. Previous experience in administration Attention to detail and the ability to proactively resolve complications. Passionate with the ability to take ownership of queries and confidently resolve issues where required. Ability to effectively organise and prioritise your workload to achieve targets in the most efficient way. Ability to multitask A team player.

Desirable Skills and Competencies

Background in dispatch or working in a busy warehouse environment would be advantageous. Experience with an ERP system will be a distinct advantage ideally Microsoft Dynamics
