We're a leading distributor of high-quality bathroom products, supplying customers across the UK. We're looking for an organised and reliable
Warehouse Administrator
to join our busy distribution centre and help keep operations running smoothly.
What You'll Do:
Process incoming and outgoing stock data accurately
Generate and manage delivery notes, pick lists, and purchase orders
Support daily dispatch planning and communicate with drivers and logistics teams
Update stock systems and flag any shortages or discrepancies
Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries
Assist with stock takes and general warehouse admin duties
What We're Looking For:
Previous admin experience in a warehouse, logistics, or trade environment
Strong computer skills (especially Excel and email systems)
Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, team-focused approach
Clear communication and good organisational skills
Experience with bathroom or plumbing products is a bonus, but not essential
