Little Barn Door is looking for a proactive, motivated Warehouse & Installations Manager
to join our growing Home Staging business and play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our clients.

What We're Looking For
We're seeking a
strong communicator, team leader, and operational thinker
who can take ownership of our warehouse, logistics, vehicle operations, and installation processes. You'll be central to ensuring our projects are delivered smoothly, from preparing stock and managing the warehouse, to coordinating installations and representing our brand on-site.
What You'll Be Doing
Warehouse Management
Leading day-to-day warehouse operations: inventory, logistics, storage, quality control, and customer service.
Creating an efficient warehouse layout and workflow.
Preparing stock for upcoming home staging projects and returning items post-destage.
Running regular stock checks and maintaining accurate levels.
Overseeing equipment and machinery maintenance.
Working closely with the management team to analyse performance and introduce improvements.
Ensuring all operations follow Health & Safety policies and completing risk assessments.
Supporting ongoing development of warehouse processes.
Installation Management
Coordinating logistics for transporting home staging furniture and accessories to client properties.
Loading and unloading vehicles safely.
Supporting our Design team with installations on-site.
Carrying out light property tasks such as fixing curtain poles when required.
Reviewing overall operations with management.
Maintaining safe working practices at all times.
Vehicle Management & Driving
Operating and maintaining all company vehicles, including 3.5t Luton vans.
Ensuring vehicles meet legislation and insurance standards.
Conducting roadworthiness checks and maintaining cleanliness.
Following all company driver safety procedures.
Ensuring legal and compliant parking for all vehicles.
Team Leadership
Scheduling and overseeing warehouse and logistics team members.
Conducting 1:1s and supporting team development.
Creating a positive, engaged working environment.
Customer Care & Brand Representation
Acting as an ambassador for Little Barn Door, professional, polite, and customer-focused.
Delivering outstanding client experiences during every project.
Adhering to uniform and company conduct guidelines.
Health & Safety
Following safe systems of work and ensuring the safety of yourself, your team, and clients at all times.
What You'll Bring
A full UK driving licence (no more than 3 points).
Experience driving 3.5t Luton vans.
Previous line management experience.
Experience within removals, logistics, or a similar physical, hands-on industry.
Physical fitness for manual handling tasks.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
A team-focused attitude with excellent attention to detail.
Professional, positive, and customer-first mindset.
Flexibility with working hours to support installation schedules.
Job Type: Full-time
