The opportunity

We have an excellent opportunity for a Warehouse and Production Operative to join our established warehouse team by providing assistance in all areas of production and dispatch. This is a full time position, with a competitive salary and working days Monday to Friday.

What will I be doing?

Handling stock from incoming deliveries Preparing orders ready for dispatch Assisting with stock control and inventories Checking for damage and discrepancies between goods and invoices Keeping warehouse areas clean and tidy, answering the phone and responding to emails in a timely manner Accurately sorting, labelling, and storing goods; arranging storage to optimise warehouse space. Loading/unloading goods using a forklift, or other suitable warehouse equipment.

What skills and qualifications do I need?

As a team player with strong work ethic you will have:

Forklift certification Previous experience within a manufacturing warehouse environment Health & safety awareness Quality control experience Attention to detail Ability to work on own initiative Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to prioritise own workload Clean driving licence
