We have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Apprentice to join our operational team, based in Wellesbourne.

You will be responsible for departmentalising all warehouse processes, including Inbound, Outbound and Reciting. Whilst learning on the job, you will move goods within the warehouse, ensuring that goods are received, stored and dispatched with accuracy.

The shift times for this role is 06:00- 15:30 on a Monday to Friday basis.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

As the Warehouse Apprentice, you will be responsible for:

  • Carrying out administrative duties related to warehouse operations (such as loading, unloading and producing dispatch)
  • Ensuring all activities are accurately logged onto WMS systems
  • Liaising with Team Leaders, customers and external colleagues
  • Maintaining stock accuracy throughout the warehouse
  • Producing KPI data for Team Leaders
  • Supporting the operation with van driving to cover absences.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

To be successful in your application you will have previous experience of working in a warehousing environment within a similar role. You will be a team player, who can also work alone where required, excellent communication skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines and targets.

This role will require someone who is physically fit and able to perform manual tasks such as unloading and loading vehicles. You will also need to be flexible on working location dependant on organisational demand.

You will have a willingness to learn and be open to additional training to support site practices and objectives.
