We're on the hunt for a

Warehouse Assistant

to join the team in

Frazer - Erith,

who are as passionate about great service as we are.

Hours: 7am- 5pm Monday to Friday

Location: Frazer, Church Trading Estate, Slade Green Rd, Erith DA8 2JA

Key Responsibilities

Welcome customers to the branch and take an active interest in their projects Get to know our product lines so you can offer advice and help to customers, making the most of all customer interactions Help to prepare customer orders, load and unload customer and supplier vehicles using a Forklift Truck to minimise manual handling (training will be provided) Check incoming deliveries and report missing or damaged products Maintain stock levels in both the shop and yard areas, carrying out regular stock counts Keep the branch looking clean and tidy, to make a great first impression on our customers Make Health & Safety a priority and demonstrate how you can keep yourself and others safe at work

Required Skills and Experience

Previous construction material industry experience is preferred Warehouse or Yard Experience Counter Balance Forklift Licence/previous experience Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise work accordingly Strong communication skills Confident working both indoors and outdoors A health and safety focus Comfortable in a role involving extensive manual handling of bulky items
