The warehouse assistant will be a key member of the logistics team, helping us deliver amazing experiences to our clients and guests. You will need to have a full, clean driving licence, a good grasp of event logistics and ideally a working knowledge of some of the main event venues in London. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy environment and is looking for varied and flexible employment.

Previous experience in events' operations is desirable Knowledge of key London venues is desirable, but not essential Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build very good rapport with suppliers and colleagues Be highly organised and able to prioritise tasks Have excellent attention to detail Personable disposition Collaborative

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES



Assist the back of House Manager and support the operations team in the planning and delivery of events Organising Back of House areas both at base and at venues Arrange transport to and from events including loading and unloading of vehicles Driving company vehicles Maintain an efficient stock system and undertake checks for all warehouse supplies Supervising casual porters as necessary Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in back of house areas and vehicles, particularly at the close of an event or at the end of the day. Liaise with Back of House Manager, head Chef and Event Management team on a daily basis Ensure all back of house dry goods, food prep, trolleys and appropriate linen aare distributed effectively for events Complying with the requirements of MV's Health & Safety/Food Safety policy and procedures and observing safe working practices both at base and at events

Pay: 30,000.00-33,000.00 per year
