Warehouse Assistant/Relief Driver




Location: Kitchens & Bathrooms Llandeilo




We're looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Warehouse Assistant/Relief Driver to join our busy Llandeiloteam. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role combining yard work, order preparation, and local deliveries. You'll play an important part in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service -- whether that's in the yard, over the counter, or at their delivery site.


What You'll Be Doing:



As a Van Driver, you'll play a key role in our delivery operations -- safely transporting goods to customers while ensuring excellent service and maintaining high standards on and off the road. When not driving, you'll also support branch and yard operations to help everything run smoothly.


Key Responsibilities:




Carry out daily vehicle checks and maintain accurate records. Safely load, secure and unload goods. Deliver products professionally and efficiently to customer sites. Assist customers and provide product support when required. Support the branch team in preparing deliveries, serving customers, and managing stock. Support stock control, merchandising, and layout of the yard. Take part in regular stock checks and help maintain a tidy, organised yard. Follow all health & safety, driving, and company procedures.

What We're Looking For:




A valid UK driving licence. Previous van driving or delivery experience (preferred). A professional, polite, and helpful attitude with customers. A strong focus on safety, accuracy, and customer care. Willingness to assist in the yard and warehouse when not driving. Forklift licence (desirable, or willingness to train).

Hours of Work: An average of 41.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 7.30am - 4.30pm, plus every other Saturday morning from 8.00am until 14.00pm(Summertime), from 8.00am until 13.00pm(Wintertime).
