We are seeking an organised and proactive

Warehouse Coordinator

to join our team in

Elstree

. This role is key to ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the warehouse, supporting field service engineers, workshop operations, and customer demand while maintaining high standards of health, safety, and service.

Key Responsibilities



Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring an efficient flow of parts from goods-in through to dispatch. Maintain accurate inventory records, carry out regular stock audits, and ensure stock levels meet service, workshop, and customer requirements. Organise and control the movement of parts and materials in and out of the warehouse to support field service and customer needs. Schedule and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with freight carriers, ensuring all deliveries and collections are tracked accurately. Work closely with internal teams such as customer service and operations to resolve issues and improve workflow efficiency. Support the workshop with the preparation and organisation of refurbished parts for field service engineers.

Health, Safety & Compliance

Fully comply with all Health & Safety, Fire, and Security procedures at all times. Actively promote and maintain a safe working environment within the warehouse. Create and manage secure working areas to protect access to materials and workspaces. Follow all company rules and regulations as outlined in the Employee Handbook. Support the effective organisation of daily work routines within the team. Manage your time efficiently to meet deadlines and operational priorities. Consistently deliver a high level of customer service. Attend training sessions when required.

About You



Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or stock control role (preferred). Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively across departments. A proactive, reliable, and safety-conscious approach to work.
