Accountabilities and Main Duties:



Due to growth within the business we are looking to hire a Warehouse Coordinator.

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, your main responsibilities will be dealing with goods in & out and building systems from a designated workflow in a timely and safe manner.

Responsibilities:



Manage picking/building work flow for the Contracting and Training & PPE departments.

Update internal ERP system with serial numbers, warehouse location, size and weight of picked materials

Complete and print delivery notes for each shipment

Oversee the goods in procedure and ensure deliveries are checked off in a timely manner

Work closely with the Supply Chain Manager and Purchasing department to record and resolve supplier errors

Assist with project returns as required.

Ensure a safe working environment - keeping the warehouse clean and clear of hazards

Required Qualities



Min. 2 years warehouse experience Full clean UK driving licence Good organisation and time management Attention to detail Good communication skills Positive & proactive attitude IT literate Reliable and hands-on approached Health & safety conscious

Desirable Qualities



1 year in Construction industry

IPAF training

Ladder training

Forklift truck qualified

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 30,000.00 per year
